The whole complex of Santorini islands is still an active volcano. The last big eruption occurred 3,600 years ago and another is not expected for 16,000 years or so. The Great Pyramids of Giza can be found in Egypt, along with the Great Sphinx of Giza. Built during the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom of Ancient Egypt, they are truly an incredible sight to behold. The site is located at the edges of the Western Desert, approximately 9 km (5 mi) west of the Nile River in the city of Giza, and about 13 km (8 mi) southwest of the city centre of Cairo. There are some incredible tour packages that include a tour of the Great Pyramids of Giza where you can ride camels and experience what it must’ve been like to live back then.

Iceland is a Nordic island country in the North Atlantic. The capital and largest city is Reykjavík, home to more than two-thirds of the entire population.
