Travel Specialist Spotlight with Suzanne Szabo

As we continue our TierOne Travel Specialist series, we are able to showcase some of the best in the industry and this week is no exception.

We are pleased to introduce Suzanne Szabo.
Suzanne has been working in the travel industry for 42 years and has gained extensive knowledge in a wide range of travel including luxury, adventure and European. She accredits her success in the industry to her friendliness, love of people and of course, love of travel.
Her experience, passion, knowledge, and ability to speak English, Hungarian, French, Spanish and German allows her to select the finest tour operators and ground personnel in the world and create life-changing travel for her clients.
Suzanne is like a fairy godmother when you are travelling – she can put together an itinerary and make it flow like no other vacation you have ever experienced. She has experience arranging hotels, private transfers, rail/bus tickets, boat/ferry tickets, private tours excursions, safaris, charter air, cruises, entrances to the world’s great museums, dinner reservations and theatre tickets, just to mention a few.

Where is your favourite destination and why?

Europe is my favorite destination, for its variety of offerings.

What is your favourite culture and why?

I would have to say South America, for its history.

Where would your top destination recommendation be for couples?

I highly recommend Bali, Spain, Greece, and USA.

Where would your top destination recommendation be for family travel?

Europe, for its culture. Learning about culture, while immersed in that very culture, is a great way to teach kids about the importance of art, history and travel.

What is your favourite lesson learned from travel?

To not try and be different, but instead, say who I am.
