AC canceled my boss’ flight from Pittsburgh to Toronto where he was scheduled to take the connecting flight home to YYC. They rescheduled him through Houston but no connecting flight home AND didn’t cancel the flight from Toronto to Calgary. I called Susan in a panic (at night when she wasn’t supposed to be working) and she dropped everything to help us out. I can NOT thank you enough. Tracy did the exact same thing for me personally a few years ago when I was stuck in Vancouver trying to get to Singapore to catch a departing cruise. They go above and beyond and I am forever grateful. It’s tough being stranded somewhere not knowing how to get home or to your destination but knowing they have your back is comforting."
