After Obtaining my International Sommelier Guild Certification in 2001, and practicing as a Sommelier for 5 years, I decided to change paths. My career in the travel industry began in 2006. I played a leadership role within my company for 4 years before taking on a new challenge in the corporate division where I was given the opportunity to grow and excel in Travel Management as well as Business Development. In my first year practicing in B2B sales, I attained 2.2 million dollars in new business.
