My passion for travelling lead me to choose my career in the travel industry in 1994. It gives me great joy to work closely with my clients beginning with planning their vacation to creating a memorable experience. I am dedicated to providing my clients with reliable customer service and value for their money. My commitment to my clients begins at the moment we start discussing their travel plans through to the moment my clients arrive home from their vacation. I have assisted clients who called upon me from their destination in situations of family emergencies, stolen passport and cancelled flights due to strikes. I enjoy all travel styles including ocean and river cruising and coach touring, combined with some independent travel to leisurely experience and explore a destination. I love to embrace and immerse myself in the culture and history of other countries. My personal travel combined with my experience with suppliers enable me to customize and create vacations tailored to my clients` wishes. It is wonderful to hear the positive feedback when my clients return from their vacation. My personal travels have been to many wonderful destinations in 35 countries including: Canada / many Caribbean Islands / several Mexico destinations / Peru / Europe many times / England, Scotland & Ireland / Australia / Cook Islands & Fiji / Kenya & South Africa / Cambodia & Vietnam / the popular destinations in USA including all of the Hawaiian Islands.
